Benjamin at AmeriFreight was SO incredibly helpful. I originally expressed to him my concern booking with a less reputable company and he spent 30 minutes on the phone discussing the operation behind a broker booking a shipping company and then discussed how they stand out compared to the competition. The quote ended up being 5% more than the company I had first talked to, but worth every dollar. I had an awesome experience and the company that they ended up setting me up with was so professional and easy, it was the smoothest part of my cross-country move, for sure!
