I had to ship our car across the country on a short notice, and based on my research I called several highly rated companies. Brandon at AmeriFreight was super helpful and patient. he explained thing well, helped find a carrier that matched my schedule and make the whole process very easy. When the carrier's truck broke down unexpectedly, the carrier's company offered to re-schedule three days later. I called Brandon and he was able to quickly arrange for a second carrier company to pick up my car the next day. When the truck driver insisted on delivering the car late at night and I worried that we will not be able to inspect the car properly, I called Brandon and he reminded me of my additional insurance that gave me extra time to inspect the car. I really appreciate Brandon's help in the entire process. It was a great experience.
