I texted Brandon to transport my son's car to MA. I previously used the service and was highly impressed with Brandon's knowledge and patience he had with me. Brandon has a welcoming personality that puts you at ease. In this instance, the driver wasn't communicating well with me. After waiting a day, I called Brandon. He immediately contacted the driver and replaced him with another driver.. Brandon immediately took action and followed through until the car was picked up and transported to MA. Brandon even honored the previous price. My son's car arrived on time with no issues. Brandon strives for excellence in what he does and prides himself with great communication. I will definitely call Brandon for my future needs.
