This was my first time shipping a car. Our contact person was helpful and friendly. The price was very reasonable, even in the end. Most of our delays were due to cross country shipping and finding a carrier going from the southeast to the northwest. The original price was too low to attract any carriers, but after bumping it up, we had a hit. The final price was still much cheaper than many other auto shippers. It took about a week to get a carrier lined up. They said 7-10 days to get there and it was delivered within 10 days. The carrier was full, so we were probably last on their delivery list. After I understood how the system works, my overall experience was good. Only delivery issue seems to be a very dirty car. (carrier issue)
