We shipped a car for the first time in July 2023. It was quite stressful. There are so many choices and it's very hard to know which brokers will be honest and straightforward with you. When I first talked with Jennifer S, I felt like she wanted to help, and wanted me to have all the facts before making a decision. I agreed to proceed and Jennifer communicated effectively and acted quickly. We were extremely fortunate to get a call within a half hour, and our car was picked up two hours later. The car made it safely across county a few days later. If I have to ship a car again, I would definitely call Jennifer.
