4.5/5.0 rating to be exact. I originally had a quote and time window of car pickup with another car shipping company. However, they kept giving me an available pickup day and time that was two days after the last day of the time window even though I repeatedly told them that day did not work for me since I had a flight to catch the day after the last day of the time window and could not rebook my flight due to other personal reasons. Plus, I was about to move cross country. So, I decided to request a quote from AmeriFreight and they were able to find a carrier in very short notice (~24 hours) after listening to my situation. However, the main issue was the timeliness of the truck driver. The carrier company had told AmeriFreight that the driver would arrive at 1 PM on the day of pickup. Then, the carrier called me closer to 1 PM and said the driver would arrive sometime between 4-5 PM. 4:30 PM rolled around and I did not hear anything, so I called to follow up. There was another 2-hour delay due to traffic, so I decided to wait around my apartment. 6:30 PM came and the carrier company then told me there was another 1-hour delay. The driver did not arrive around until 8:15 PM to pick up my car, which was SEVEN hours later than what I was originally told. Although I really appreciate that they found someone to ship my car in such a short notice, I wish the carrier had given a more accurate ETA. The driver drove cross country pretty quickly and I got my car 3.5 days later.
