Attempting to ship my vehicle was truly an eye opening experience... After trying to work with two supposedly highly rated Brokers to get my new RAM from Arizona to New Hampshire I learned a lot about the Business much to my chagrin... The first told me they had a confirmed shipper but would not send me any information as to who it was. Then after prior confirmation they called on the morning of pickup and cancelled with a lame excuse. The second, after a brief telephone solicitation, began advertising my shipment without a Contract to do so. Needless to say I cancelled both in short order but a lot of time was lost while dealing with all of this.
Enter AmeriFreight! These folks are the best and Rosalind, with whom I dealt, is a superstar hands down! After sharing my experiences they explained the process in detail and understanding the urgency lined me up with a shipper in short order. When notified of a carrier I was promptly provided with a pick-up and delivery timeframe along with the Shippers' compony name, contact person & phone. Long story now short my brand new vehicle was delivered in great shape and within the promised delivery window. The Shipper she provided was well vetted, readily available to me and quite responsive with progress updates when requested. All along the way Rosalind was in touch also providing updates, then finishing with confirmation of delivery and then soliciting my feedback. She was readily accessible whenever I called or wrote and always responded promptly in a clear and understandable fashion. After my 71 years i learned a lot about the Business including what not to do or believe but most important was that I learned to always call AmeriFreight and hopefully Rosalind whenever I have occasion to ship a vehicle again!
