Quoted & ordered pick up online, very efficient, very detailed emails received immediately. Paid the deposit, within days, vehicle was to be picked up, the driver was going to be delayed on day but the trucking company called me, explained fully what was happening & that they would be there the next day. Driver called the next day, picked up the vehicle within a reasonable amount of time, was very friendly. Car was picked up on a Thursday afternoon and delivered on Tuesday in perfect condition. I would HIGHLY recommend this broker, we've recently had several horrible experiences within our family of other vehicles being shipped, one took over 30 days w/very poor communication & no compensation for the major inconvenience. My family has at least 2 more vehicles that will need to be shipped in the next couple months & there is no doubt they will be using AmeriFreight.
