Hannah was a very responsive rep with quick replies to my emails, but I was very annoyed that the "offer" I was presented was $200 over the original quote I was given. I had a tight 2 day window for pickup and the "offer" pickup was 1 day after my window and I had to adjust my plans to accommodate the transport company. I requested a discount for my troubles and was told that I would have to negotiate it with the driver. Unfortunately, I was very short on time and couldn't switch carriers in time...otherwise I would have.
