I had a great experience shipping two vehicles, despite an honest mistake by AmeriFreight; here’s the story. We agreed to ship two vehicles from Georgia to California. In the process, AmeriFreight accidentally input the wrong Californian city, and my vehicles were to be delivered a few hours away (and the driver wouldn’t have been able to change his route). AmeriFreight looked into the issue, and took accountability for their mistake! I can’t stress how important it is to me to see how much they valued honesty and integrity. They offered enough discount to help get me to the right city to pickup my vehicles, and all is fine. The cars arrived on time and in great condition. The driver was courteous and communicative throughout. I would absolutely use AmeriFreight again.
