This was my first time using an auto transport company to ship from Michigan to Oregon. Amerifreight clearly explained the broker/transporter relationship and process along the way. Their initial quote was accurate and reasonable, and the broker stayed in contact throughout. The only improvement I’d recommend is more detail on pickup date/time and closer contact with the driver to coordinate loading/unloading. Overall the process went smooth. A final comment, once you go online and search for transporters then request quotes be prepared for multiple competitors to contact you. Just know who you’re working with and avoid the noise once you’ve decided which carrier to use.
