Emma was a pleasure to work with. She always responded to my calls/texts quickly and was very knowledgeable. I ended up paying almost 50% over my initial estimate, though it wasn't for lack of trying by AmeriFreight--the carriers just weren't bidding (though their calculator was probably overly optimistic too).
