Maleah provided excellent customer service! She called with updates and identified a driver while waiting on MONTWAY to fulfill the commitment. MONTWAY did their best to try and talk me out of switching my service to AmerFreight. After I had MONTWAY to deliver my car back to my house, Maleah received my pick up and delivery information. Within 24 to 48 hours she had a driver!!! My car was picked from up from GA and delivered to TX in 24 hours!!! I lost a lot of money fooling with Montway! Do not use them! They kept my car in storage for 5 days and never found a driver. They charged me for storage and a cancellation fee! Thank you AmeriFreight!!!
