I shipped my RAV4 from Michigan to California using AmeriFreight and was very satisfied with the experience. As it was my first time ever shipping a car, I was not clear about the process. I worked closely with Lauren Florence who explained the role of a broker and how the different auto carriers factored in. Lauren regularly updated me without me ever having to take initiative first. She also followed up via text message after my car was picked up and then again when it was delivered. AmeriFreight offered the most competitive quote from my extensive research by over $400 and I was very impressed by the quality of customer service from Lauren.
