Late "priority" pick-up

I chose AmeriFreight because of all the positive reviews, and in fact, they were highly courteous and professional. My only complaint was that I paid extra for the "priority" service to guarantee a shorter window of time for pick-up, but they were not able to secure a carrier. My vehicle was picked up later than the "guaranteed" window of time (which created problems for me at my destination since I expected the vehicle sooner.) AmeriFreight did not have an explanation for why they could not secure a carrier on time, just that it was unusual.
