Rosalind was very helpful and stayed with me through the whole process. She kept in constant contact and was always available to answer any questions I had. The driver also stayed in contact me and updated me on the progress of his arrival. He actually arrived 20 minutes early. Despite the rain and having to push the vehicle, he remained pleasant and professional. He delivered the vehicle as scheduled and kept me updated on his time frame. It was nerve-racking to send my vehicle across country, but they made me feel confident about who I chose.
