It was our first time shipping a car and Kallie was super helpful and patient and made me feel so comfortable while I was nervous and asked many questions. I was supposed to talk with Leticia but she was busy when we called so I talked with Kallie instead. I’m glad because Kallie was honestly way kinder and more patient than Leticia who I spoke to another day.
