Great Service, poor post transport survey

Overall, great service competitively priced. In fact it was the cheapest I could find by $100 and more. Very efficient and friendly service from Amerifreight. I choose the economy option and car was picked up at the 5 day point after Amerifreight sweetened the deal with th shipper by adding $50 of their own money. Shipper (not Amerifreight) had mechanical failure enroute which delayed estimated delivery date by 5 days but otherwise very happy with the service and I would recommend them to others. In fact, I ALREADY HAVE.

My only complaint has nothing to do with the quality of the service provided (it was excellent). My issue is with the post transport survey techniques you employ. Comments like,

"We strive for a 100% Excellent rating Overall. An excellent overall rating automatically completes the order process. Below is an extract of how we would like you to rate us for the last question."

and

"If you cannot rate us excellent overall, please contact the office before you post your review."

In my experience, these "directions" are both unnecessary and could be seen as an attempt to influence survey respondents. Bottom line, great transport service, poor post transport review guidance.

Thanks Chris for your very candid and frank review. We will definitely consider your comments on our post delivery review techniques and apply changes where needed. We do not want to create the impression that we bribe customers to leave a 5 star review, only that we want to always be there 100% for our customers. If they do have issues, we want them to contact us so we can resolve it before it is posted. I penalize my employees severely if they receive a negative review.
