My stepdaughter had recently moved to the Dallas area. It was stressful and sad for my wife to see my stepdaughter’s vehicle leaving. It was the last part of a sad goodbye. Our carrier driver, Milan, was extremely compassionate with my wife. He assured her that he would take good care of the vehicle and its contents. He took the time to explain the route and the process. If Milan was a doctor I would say his “ bedside manners” made this situation an extremely positive experience. Thank you Ken Creighton
