I used Amerifreight to ship my Jeep from Washington to Southern California and process overall met my expectations. The Customer Service from Rosie at Amerifreight was excellent! This is the main driver for my recommendation to use Amerifreight. She communicated with me throughout the entire process and was quick to respond back anytime I had a question. She was able to find a transportation company to haul my vehicle within the same week. I would like to note that there was some difficulty communicating w the company who hauled my vehicle. I did have to call frequently to find ETA of the driver when he was delayed. But my vehicle was secure and delivered to me in great condition, no issues with handling whatsoever.
