Reginald was very helpful! He was transparent and kept up communication with me from start to finish. Even helped me save some money! There was a bit of a language barrier with the driver but he understood the important parts. I don’t like how the driver marked up my whole car as having damage, I feel like this is a way of not assuming any responsibility. My car was picked up on the day and time as promised but delivered the day after it was promised but that’s no problem. Overall great experience from everyone involved.
