I would like to first state everything went well with the carrier when sending my car. This 1 star is for AmeriFreight. The reason for this review is because once they find you a carrier that's it their job is over they collected their check. They will provide you the carrier information and send you off. I worked in the freight business for 3 years normally the broker is in constant contact with dispatch for the customer helping with tracking on your vehicle. That never happened nor was it offered. They also will contact you via call or text until their get this review. You are better off looking for the carrier yourself and saving the $400.
