I had a car shipped from FL to MI, and Brandon walked me through every step of the way. He explained to me clearly how the whole bidding system works — as someone who hasn’t shipped a car before, this was immensely helpful. He also checked in with me periodically before, during, and after the carrier hot involved, ensuring that I understood where the process was. Finally, after the car was delivered and I needed to file an insurance claim, he helped me even understand that. What Brandon did best in my opinion was not only stay in contact with me throughout the process, but maintain a level of calm and understanding when I had concerns about what was going on. To be upfront, I was less impressed by the carrier themselves, but AmeriFreight and Brandon in particular (as the broker of the process) made dealing with the carrier palatable.
