I purchased a Golf R from out of state and needed to get it shipped 1800 miles to me. I had never gotten a car shipped before, and my customer service agent, Richard Roach, made it super easy. He answered all my questions thoroughly and alleviated any concerns I had. Once we had all the details, he handled the rest. Very simple, would recommend.
