Kalli, the office manager (?) with AmeriFreight was just amazing! As this was the 1st time I'd ever shipped a car, and was sending it from West Virginia to Oregon, I had a lot of questions and some reasonable concerns. She was so patient with me, while at the same very efficient, knowledgable and articulate, as she explained the procedure, how the company was first rate and how my car was protected that she assuaged my fears. She was also quick to return any texts or followup business I needed, always thorough and so kind. (For the record, No, this is not her mother!) It seemed disconcerting to ship a car across the country, and I vetted several companies before choosing to go with AmeriFreight; I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
