Carovan assisted me with getting a carrier who transported my vehicle across country safely to me. The process was thorough, smooth and sincere. Carovan explained everything to me clearly from the start, and she followed through until a carrier was engaged and the vehicle was delivered. There were no surprises at all. She was honest and detailed. Above all, she was professional. I would work with her again.
