Kallie's service was the reason we decided to go with Amerifrieght in the end and I could not have been happier with the decision. We originally qouted with another carrier and it took a week of back-and-forth phone calls and received terrible service. Kallie provided a prompt qoute, on the spot quality information which assured us we made the right choice going with Amerifrieght. She responded after hours, continuously checked up on us, and had consistent, positive communication Give this lady a promotion!
