I contracted Amerifreight to pick up my F250 truck in Illinios and transport it to Arizona, my contact person was Gina Dodds who did a great job discussing the process of how the transportation works. She is American and spoke excellent English. Communication was very good throughtout the whole process, my only complaint is because my truck was being left outside the fenced property of the dealership after hours to be picked up i would have like to recieve a phone call, text or email that my truck was picked up and an estimated day and time of delivery. Just for peace of mind.
