Carovan very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was informed of a driver 3-4 days before car pick up and wished that I could have had more of a heads up prior to car pick up. Also, I think some notes that I requested weren’t recorded properly, perhaps due to multiple staff members taking my calls. Overall, smooth and easy experience.
