Overall the experience was good- the only caveat was that the driver picking up the vehicle wanted to push my pickup date when I had a flight the next morning… however one email to Melissa and the driver showed up within the hour! Melissa has not only been responsive throughout this process but kind and proactive. I truly appreciated her time and energy to get my car safely across the country! Thank you Melissa!!!
