Job Done, Pushy Sales Model

My car was transported safely from Indiana to Montana, so I’m happy about that. What rubs me the wrong way is the pushy sales broker business model. They’ll call and text repeatedly, first after your quote, then to lock in an offer. The only time I didn’t hear from them at all was during the week-long transport experience. Once that was done, I received 3 texts in 6 hours explaining that they need a 5 star review. If there’s a way to cut out the broker and deal directly with the carrier, it would be a much more chill experience.
