AmeriFreight did a great job transporting my car to my destination. The agent who was assigned to me, Rosalind was attentive, friendly and very informative of the process. This was not a process that I had any idea of how worked, but they were great in explaining how it worked wand checked in with me every step. A few minor issues that I felt wasn't enough to not give a 5 star review. Most of it was also just not knowing some of the more smaller details in how the process worked. The final bid I accepted was higher than the initial estimate due to higher fuel costs recently I was told, but I had complete control over whether to accept the bid or not. The estimate calculator probably does not do a great job of taking into account market fluctuations, but the estimate I got was similar to other companies. Regardless be prepared to possibly pay more than the estimate. Ask about current market conditions when signing up so you get a better idea than the estimate. The pickup / delivery dates I was given wasn't the exact date, but that was due to winter conditions. I did get plenty of notice if the date changed so I was able to adjust, but be aware that the dates are pretty variable.
