I appreciated working with Carovan- she was very responsive, returning my emails/calls very quickly, and always had the information I was looking for. She was open and transparent about the process, so I felt at ease with her managing my car transportation needs. Our moving plans ended up changing, so while we didn't end up accepting an offer for transport, I felt supported and informed throughout the process because of Carovan's diligence and professionalism.
