AmeriFreight is a great company!!! They have efficient customer service, a great team, attention to detail, and empathy for their customers. Brandon was my account representative and he was AMAZING! From our first phone call, to his emails, texts, follow ups, and follow throughs. He’s very patient, understanding, and actually cares. He’s a stellar employee and I hope he gets employee recognition because his is deserving of it. He gets 5 stars from me! His supervisor is also a kind person and great asset to the company. She was sweet and relatable. And Morgan is also a great team player, delightful, and also cares about his work and customers. I have been dealing with moving and shipping companies throughout my relocation and I have not had the pleasure of seeing a team get a request completed the way this AmeriFreight team did. They get 5 stars from me! My one and only negative comment is concerning the carrier they paired me with. They were horrible communicators, had no urgency to deadlines, and customer service was NOT their priority. I think it is important to make sure that they communicate with customers since it’s a business transaction with a pickup date and delivery date that people plan around. AmeriFreight is a great company but Carriers like this one (my order 9863477) can reflect badly on them. Lastly, it is important to stress when booking an order that the delivery date is “NOT GUARANTEED/ESTIMATED, to provide the drivers with a two grace period and leeway for anything that can occur.” These details are very crucial for customers to make the best decision for themselves knowing all necessary details up front. Don’t just say refer to the contract (which only addressed actions taken 5 days after delivery date have passed).
