Danielle was great. Of the 3 carriers we contacted, she was the only one who reached out. She was very forthcoming about how this works and how we should proceed. Long story, but we had a tight window for pickup and delivery. Good news, she kept in touch with us even in after hours until we secured a truck. In the end, it went exactly as we had hoped. Bravo!
