Carovanzieus Mitchell was the AmeriFrieght representative appointed as the customer service agent for my transportation services. She was incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. This being my first time, she was able to walk me through the process and answered all of my questions. Releasing my car keys was an intimidating situation for me, but after the type of communication I had with Carovanzieus, she was able to make me feel comfortable and confident about the process. The delivery service was more expensive than I would have liked, but I do believe Carovanzieus helped me make the best decision and I didn't mind paying the extra money because her professionalism brought me a lot of peace of mind. Thank you!
