Needed to get my car shipped out with a very tight turnaround due to bad weather coming in. I was hesitant to use AmeriFreight again due to a bad experience with a customer support representative last time (had no problems with the actual shipment of my car). After learning that you are paired with the same person after your first shipment, I called rather than submitting a quote request online. When Rosalind said she was more than happy to help I knew I would be in good hands. She was extremely thorough with her run-down of how the process would work again and understood how urgent it was for me to get my car picked up within a matter of days. She followed up with me via text to make sure I received all of the right forms for my order and made the shipment a seamless process! After working with her, I know I would definitely request her again and recommend AmeriFreight to anyone looking to ship their car!
