Cosmo was very attentive and responsive to my many questions about the process of shipping a car. He was clear and easy to understand in his explanations and checked in with me regularly until we found a carrier that would ship at my preferred cost. He then followed up after the delivery to check in and make sure we were satisfied with the service. If you've never done this before it can be difficult to understand how the job listings work and what the agents will do to expedite an agreement. Cosmo was very helpful with his detailed explanations and email overviews of the process.
