Danielle was able to locate a carrier that could accommodate a difficult time schedule for receipt of a vehicle. Specifically, we need to ship the car to our son cross country to a remote training base (that would not allow non-affiliated personnel on post and there was nowhere nearby to drop it off). The time constraints came into play because we were flying out to assist and would only be available to receive the car for three days. Carrier arrived at our residence within the predicted time window that he provided on the previous day. Car was loaded without difficulty onto the transport vehicle. When we arrived at our destination, the company told us that the car would arrive on the second day of our window and the driver later provided a delivery window. The only snafu in the delivery was that the driver made better time than expected and we were in an area where cell reception was spotty which meant that once I was updated, I had to rush to meet the driver. In all, the transportation of the car was fully successful.
