We originally contacted another company to ship our car across the country but had a terrible experience with their customer service agents. So 4-5 days before our moving date we called Amerifreight to ship our car and had zero problems with them. It was more expensive because we were caught off guard and now had less days for our car to get picked up but we got the confirmation the same day from the trucker that he would pick up our car before we left NV. Overall great experience with customer service agents and the trucker was very friendly and responsive. Our car arrived on the East Coast without any problem. Highly recommend them!
