I chose to go with Amerifreight based on their reviews and independent research I found on Reddit. Personally, I was looking for accessibility and convenience, which Amerifreight provided. Not once did I have a long hold time, even when calling about six minutes before they officially closed more than once. The coordination with the dispatcher/driver themselves was a little wonky (Language barrier, and them asking to deliver at a different time than they had originally said with very short notice.) This is nothing on Amerifreight, just mentioning it as something to be aware of In that you will want to make sure you’re coordinating closely with the driver themselves as American freight has no involvement here. Car arrived in excellent shape, no damage. Very grateful to Amerifreight for great customer service and to the driver for providing a safe drop off of the car.
