We started out needing to send my sons truck from Northern Californian to South Carolina where he is attending college. I got a quote from Amerifreight and was lucky enough to have Danielle as the person helping me navigate the process! My sons roommate asked about getting his car transported out as well (they’re both student athletes transferring from a JC to a 4 year D1 program) so Danielle was able to re-quote with 2 vehicles which gave us a bit of a discount! We had about a month before the move and my sons vehicle needed some body repair done that we had been putting off so I thought it was a good time to get it taken care of before he left. Supply chain issues had the truck in the shop longer than expected and we had to then push back the first available pickup date and Danielle was completely understanding. I then received a phone call from another players family who would be attending another school a few hours away asking if we could add his vehicle onto our pickup. Danielle again was accommodating and handled all of the details quickly and always gave us options and all of the information that we needed to make an informed decision in regards to our transportation needs! I/we were not the easiest customers with all of our changes and throughout the process Danielle was professional, kind, polite, compassionate and understanding to our needs! Even after delivery of our vehicles, she checked in to make sure things went smoothly and we were satisfied with everything! Customer service at this level is hard to find anymore and I truly appreciate her and will refer her to anyone needing similar services and I will be calling her myself when my son returns home from school!
