We had a great experience with Amerifreight, and specifically with our agent Baylee Ivey! I've never shipped a vehicle before, and honestly found the whole process a little confusing and overwhelming. Baylee was amazing and did a great job explaining the process, checking in, and being available for questions. You really need to trust your agent in these situations if you know as little about the process as I did, and I'm so glad it went so smooth.
