Before I begin my review, let me say that I was both extremely skeptical and anxious as this was my first time using such a service. I contacted AmeriFreight to ship a vehicle from PA to NM. Rosalind aka Rosie, was my customer service agent and my experience working with her was that of a very positive one. Rosie was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me to understand how the service works and what my options were. She was also very attentive and reassuring of my concerns. Working with Rosie was a very exceptionally pleasant experience and the process was seamless from beginning to end. I was given a price for shipping and that’s what I paid, no more and no less. I was told my vehicle would be picked up on a Saturday and estimated delivery was Tuesday. My vehicle was actually picked up promptly at the exact time I was told and delivered a day earlier than expected. Muza with Turan Express was my driver and he was AWESOME!!! He called me when he said he would, he was on time for pick up and early for drop off which was great. He made certain to communicate with me every step of the way which put my mind at ease. While I was not shipping an expensive exotic, it was a new vehicle and he took care of it. I plan to use this companies service again.
