I began apprehensively as I had already had two bad experiences with companies that find transport from one state to another. This was different from the very beginning. I had the pleasure of working with Cindy Irvin. She provided the best customer experience I’ve had in a very long time. Cindy was very clear on how AmeriFreight works and very clear on how the program would work for my vehicle. Cindy addressed all my questions in a timely manner any time I emailed her or sent her a text. The transport companies driver was exceptional. He communicated with me at different intervals of my vehicles journey from point A to point B. Upon delivery he took great care in removing my vehicle and helped get it set exactly where I wanted it. Thanks Cindy Irvin for this all around very special customer care experience. I will refer you and AmeriFreight to anyone in need of vehicle transport.
