I needed to get my wife BMW to Virginia after it had just been professionally restored. I reached out to AmeriFreight after seeing them as a recommended carrier for the military. I received an instant quote for the timeframe I requested and was contacted by Baylee Ivey (AmeriFreight customer service supervisor). Baylee was super helpful, friendly and explained the process in detail. She kept me well informed and respond quickly to my emailed questions. They found me an outstanding carrier, Mr. Bruno Martins was outstanding. He arrived on time, we did a joint review of the car, provided me with an electronic bill of lading, and load my wife car with care. In less than 48hrs, my wife had her car in Virginia in perfect condition as it was leaving the custom shop. Baylee did a follow-up call to confirm deliver and inquire about the service rendered.
