I was very anxious to transport my car across country and find a reliable company, but my experience with AmeriFreight went smoothly. I was quoted $2200 to transport my car from Pennsylvania to Washington- this initially seemed like a high price to me, however with expenses and distance factored in, this price is around average. My car was estimated to be picked up on a Wednesday, but the driver did not come until Saturday. I was flying out on a Friday, so thankfully I had my mom to hand off my car in my absence. When the driver picked up the car, she had to commute about 40 minutes out of her way. this wasn’t a huge issue, just more so inconvenient being that she had to find a ride back home. my car arrived a day early and the driver came right up to my apartment complex, which was nice. There were no apparent issues on my car’s exterior/interior during pickup. Customer service agent Melissa communicated with me and my mom consistently throughout this process and facilitated a positive experience for us to the best of her ability!
