Lecia P, my agent, thoroughly explained to me how this process works as this was the first time I ever shipped my car more than 2,000 miles apart. Any changes along the way made by me (like changing delivery person contact info after submitting the info) was updated by my agent promptly. My car got to its destination early, and no damages even minor damages were detected. I highly recommended anyone who first time ships their cars should use agents at AmeriFreight.
