This was my first time using an auto transport service --and frankly was a little nervous about it--, but Harry made the experience easy and reassuring! He explained exactly what was going to happen during our initial call and within a week, they connected me with a trucking company. My car was delivered cross-country within 3 days with no signs of damages. My only issue is that I wish JPF Trucking was a little better at communicating payment options. I was told that aside from cash, Venmo was doable, but once the driver arrived he could only accept cash or Zelle. Thankfully my partner had a working account but I would've appreciated if there were other payment options as I am not comfortable carrying around large amounts of cash during my cross-country roadtrip.
