I had such a great experience using this company! Moving from the west coast to the east coast has been stressful and logistically a pain in the behind. One of the most painless things was having my vehicle shipped and that was because of the service and communication that I received from two wonderful coordinators, Rosie and Delta. They both were so kind and helpful in securing a driver for me and explaining in detail the process of shipping and answered any and all questions I had. They both went above and beyond to try to get me the best deal and look into various options. Very professional, efficient, and just an overall positive experience. The driver, Vitaly, was also wonderful and incredibly thorough in documenting the vehicle and cargo, communicated so well, and left me feeling great about leaving my (first in sooo many years) new car in his hands. I would absolutely recommend this company and if you have any way to request Rosie or Delta to book your driver, you should! I can’t say enough about how lovely they both were in helping me!
